### Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy for online orders. This means you have 15 days from receiving your item to request a return.

#### Eligibility for Returns:
– Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
– A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

– If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

#### Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

#### Reservations:
For events requiring a reservation (such as Afternoon Tea, Fondue, or Tasting Classes), cancellation or change requests must be made at least one day in advance to receive a full refund. We’re happy to reschedule bookings on the same day if another time slot is available. For same-day cancellations, only 50% of the purchase price will be refunded to cover the cost of goods and labor involved in preparing for these experiences.

#### Exchanges:
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one after your return is accepted.

#### Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
